Tour Overview
Designed for serious photographers — amateur and professional alike — this 5-day Mara photography safari breaks away from standard tourist schedules to maximise your time in the best light. Vehicles depart well before sunrise to catch the low golden rays of dawn; evening drives extend beyond the standard closing time under special photographic permits.
Vehicle seating is limited to four guests, so every window is a window seat. The guide doubles as a photography assistant — positioning the vehicle for optimal angles, predicting animal behaviour for the decisive moment, and advising on camera settings for fast-moving subjects.
The tour includes specialist one-to-one evening post-processing sessions via laptop and raw-file review, helping you leave with a polished portfolio rather than just thousands of unedited files.

Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara National reserve
You will be picked up from the airport or at your hotel early in the morning, Depart from Nairobi to Legends Mara Safari camp. Check in at the camp have lunch, and thereafter settle in and relax. Afternoon game drive will begin from 15.30hrs till dusk. Return to camp for a shower, dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Full Game drive in Mara
Breakfast at the camp or lodge. Join your safari driver guide at 07: 00am for a full day game drive viewing. Lunch boxes will be provided for a full day game drive and you will return to the lodge or camp before dusk Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 3: Full Gamedrive in Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast leave camp and spend the day game-viewing in the famous Masai Mara Reserve with a picnic lunch at Hippo point along the mara river in the park and then moving on to Legends Mara Camp arriving in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay at the Camp.

Day 4: Maasai Mara
Breakfast at the camp or lodge. Join your safari driver guide at 07: 00am for a full day game drive viewing. Lunch boxes will be provided for a full day game drive and you will return to the lodge or camp before dusk Dinner and overnight at the camp.
